• Optimal Placement: Mount this angled QD block on the front side rail of your handguard (support side for right/left-handed shooters). Setting it at the 45 degree position keeps your sling high and out of the way of your magwell during rapid reloads.
• Thumb Indexing: Many players use the bevel of the angled mount as a physical indexing point for their support-hand thumb to ensure repeatable grip placement every time they bring the rifle to their shoulder.
• Threadlock Security: Apply a drop of blue medium strength threadlocker to the rail mounting clamp screw during installation to prevent vibration from loosening your sling attachment under heavy game movement.
