• Adjusting QD Tension: Receiver side rails can vary slightly in thickness between manufacturers (e.g. LCT, E&L, CYMA, Tokyo Marui). If the QD lever feels too loose or won't close completely, use a hex key on the bottom tension screw to adjust clamp tightness before locking the lever forward.
• SVD Warning: This mount is designed specifically for standard AK side dovetail plates and is not compatible with SVD/Dragunov sniper side rails.
• Dust Cover Clearance: Always check that the bottom of the mount clears your dust cover during installation. The quick-detach lever allows for easy removal when accessing your battery compartment on top-wired AK AEG Airsoft Rifles.
